Facilitation of change within complex healthcare environments

Change within health care systems is often necessary but can be unnerving and frightening for staff. Stability is threatened and often those affected cannot envisage a different way of working. Staff are often described by managers as "resistant" and much implementation of change within organisations causes unnecessary distress to those affected.

External consultancy can provide a confidential "space" in which the complex processes of change can be positively addressed. With expert facilitation, staff can identify and celebrate what is working well, acknowledge and "work through" the losses which always accompany change, and engage with renewed energy and commitment for the future.
